Oh, How You Sparkle!

1
Wow, September is getting away from me fast! I really must get a handle on it... my blogging is getting a bit sluggish and some of you may be missing me a bit. Or not. I hope you are missing me :) Otherwise, what am I doing this for?! I guess ultimately, it had better be for myself. That is why I craft. To find my serenity in creating beautiful things. And to share what I create, hoping to inspire others. There are so many talented people out there who love this craft.
Well, enough of this babbling! I have a technique card to share with you! Stampin Addicts Recycle Challenge #3 is Split Negative. I haven't done this technique much, I am not all that big on black and white, but I can mix it up.

I took a snowflake image and embossed it in Iridescent Ice and Pewter. Great shimmer going on here. It looks wonderful in real life, I hope I caught that in the photos. And I put the Core'dinations paper to good use here too. I almost didn't have room for the Merry at the bottom! And look Ma, no banners! Check out the Pinterest board for this challenge and be sure to repin/like your favorites!

Don't forget this month's special! You know you need you some butterflies!

This month I am going to try something new to me. The Hostess Code! I will have an on-line workshop open for the month of September. If you place an order of $35 with me using the September Hostess code 49PT9E3N
then I will send you a two-card kit featuring the Butterfly Bundle!

Do you want to host your own Virtual or Real Life Workshop? I'm game! Just contact me to find out how!

Wow, Tanya! That is absolutely spectacular! I love the mix of colors! I'm posting the next Stampin' addicts challenge in the morning, and I hope you will come back and play. I think that you will really like the colors.

I love the embossed snowflake and the "Merry" sentiment. Very pretty.
