Deal of the Week #3

Aren't these just gorgeous! I know I love mine. You can get yours this week for $6.99! That's 36% off the regular price of $10.95. I know I will be ordering some for that price. Let me know if you want to order some too, and I can send it in with mine to reduce shipping cost. That is if you live local :) You can still order from me if you aren't local, I won't mind ;) I have a Demo Business website, which you can get to on the sidebar, or click on the brads above.

And I haven't been doing nothing, I have just been busy :) We moved Charlene down to Minneapolis on Thursday, took our time driving back home on Friday. And I have been working on all the swaps I signed up for for convention. I am getting a little overwhelmed and SO excited to go to convention for the first time this year! I can't show you the swaps until after convention. I guess I better do something quick for you to see in the mean time. I'll work on that. But right now I need to go to bed so I can work tonight. I'll leave you with this pic of Charlene with her new room mate, Sara. Sigh, to be young and starting life as an adult.... so much fun to come!

Pet Sympathy Card for Monica

One of my club members just lost a dear member of her family on Saturday, their family dog. So I had to make a card for her. My kids are friends with her kids too, so this card will be from our family to theirs. I was really wishing I could order something out of the new catalog already cuz there is a great dog set with a sympathy sentiment and paw prints, then I could have made this all Stampin Up! Oh, well. I found this trifold card that I guess originated with a lady named Jan Webb with LateNightStampers group. Sorry, I don't have a link.
We are really dog people at our house, we have 6, yes 6, dogs. What can I say. Don't bring the kids with you when you go looking at puppies- especially if you grew up on a farm and raised dogs. It makes you lose perspective as to how many 6 dogs really is, lol! Anyways! We really understand how much a part of the family our pets are and how hard it is to lose them.
  • Stamps: Thoughts & Prayers, Define Your Life, non-SU dog and paw print
  • Paper: Dusty Durango, Soft Suede, Confetti Cream
  • Ink: Soft Suede, Old Olive, Dusty Durango
  • Other: Soft Suede polka dot ribbon, heart brads, blender pen, Large oval, Scallop Oval, Heart, and Heart to Heart punches, distressing tool from cutter kit, dimensionals, scoring blade on paper cutter, paper piercer and mat pack
